The chain like hook is attached to the base with an extending bar that is crucial in keeping the hook with the bag sturdily on the table. Didn't get 5 stars because this hook like the other is still a bit fussy to use at first, especially when the table is a bit thicker and has a hanging table cloth. Still would recommend until I find something better! "
