I have been using two earlier models of this bread machine for at least 10 maybe 15 years. Never a problem. Makes a good size loaf,tastes great,looks great and the machine always works great. It has never missed a beat. I make at least two breads per week. If my current machine breaks down I will buy this model for sure. It cost more than some other models but you pay for what you get. No hassle service. You can even get a knowledgeable person if you want to ask a question. Don't wonder buy this. ps I don't work for co.
