Exceptional quality at reasonable price
I've got tired of replacing Calphalon One non-stick pan and totally frustrated in Calphalon One infused anodized. They are pricey but won't keep in appearance after long term uses. I decided to learn the proper cooking way with this multiclad pro set and I am extremely happy with it. As always, wait for pan to heat up (when water sizzles) at mid-high, then add oil and wait for heat up (see smoke), then add meat to brown. I am not very good at cooking techniques but it's manageable for me to use it. I found it easier to use canola oil than olive oil, also mid-high is easier than high heat. Fish is a bit tricky and need some practices. Meat and vegetables are easy. I burnt the pan first time using it but with some hot water soaking, it turns back to new. This pan reduces liquid in no time which is good for sauce. Totally recommended.
